We have designed each unit to be unique. Once you enter your luxury condo from your private enclosed garage, you can’t help but notice the unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean. As you walk through to the oversize terraces, you will notice the attention to detail and immediately feel at home.

Cravings is an upmarket wine and small bites concept shop serving beverages and food. Bring with you or your home or stay around and enjoy an inspiring ocean view, delicious treats, and boutique wines by the glass at The Ledge by Cravings. Monday to Saturday, 12-7 pm and Sunday 1-5 pm. Sip & Savor in the Sunshine.

Playa Los Cerritos
This swimmable long stretch of beach is home to surfers of all levels. If you aren’t into catching waves, you can walk the shores for miles or sit with a cold cocktail prepared by one of the local vendors. You might even see whales breaching. This growing community has upscale dining, freshly prepared tacos, and live entertainment, steps from the Cove.
El Pescadero
El Pescadero is a small horticultural community where most produce is grown just 8 minutes from the Cove. Your culinary experience in the middle of this new farm community has been compared to some of the best restaurants in the world. Here you won’t find Costco or Walmart, but you will find local grocers and markets to purchase your groceries and essentials.
Todos Santos
Todos Santos is located just 15 minutes from the Cove at Cerritos. As you stroll the cobblestone streets of this magical town, you immediately feel the community’s energy.
