We have designed each unit of our residences to be unique. Once you enter your luxury residence from your private enclosed garage, you can’t help but notice the unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean. Walking through the oversized terraces, you will notice the attention to detail and immediately feel at home.

Private Community
The Cove at Cerritos is a private community. There are two locked main entrances, North and South. The entrance for this condo is the South entrance. Each residence has a private front door and a common hall and stairwell. You have one parking space in front of the condo's allocated garage door.
Our Guests
As guests of The Cove at Cerritos, you can use all the luxury amenities. The private shared outdoor areas are only accessible to those staying at the Cove.

Resort-Style Amenities
The Cove at Cerritos has resort-style amenities you can access during your stay with us. Infinity-edge pool with lounge chairs, beach towels, perfect temperature jacuzzi, a ModuVated designed gym, a poolside ping pong table, outdoor kitchen, BBQ, and a shared gas fire pit with ocean views.
Parking
Each residence at the Cove has one assigned parking spot in front of its garage. You can park on the sides of the roads but must be careful not to block the flow of other cars or private entrances.
Playa Los Cerritos
Playa Los Cerritos is a short 4-minute walk from the Cove. It is one of only the swimmable beaches in Southern Baja and is known for its great surf.
Outdoor Space
The shared outdoor space has a wonderful resort vibe. When swimming in the heated infinity-edge pool, lounging in the Baja sun ledge, or relaxing in the bubbling jacuzzi, you are looking out towards the endless views of the beautiful blue ocean waves. Around the pool, all the cushioned lounge chairs face towards the ocean, so you won't ever miss the breaching of the Humpback whales.
