Residence 203 blends contemporary design with a relaxed Baja spirit. Local art and oversized grey tiles create a clean, coastal feel, while floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to a 452 sq ft terrace outfitted for lounging, dining, and sunset watching. The bar area includes a temperature-controlled wine fridge, and all tap water is safely filtered.
In the master bedroom, a king-sized bed faces the ocean with direct terrace access. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a Perota wood desk, ideal for remote work. Both bathrooms are stocked with eco-friendly Rayito de Luna products — sustainable, fair trade, and kind to the skin.
