Join Cravings and Italian wine expert & Sommelier Simone Nan for exploring Veneto, Italy, wine styles! We will be tasting three fantastic wines from the famous sub-regions of Soave and Valpolicella and savoring a curated selection of cheese and cured meats from Cravings. While you relax and enjoy the ocean views at the Cove at Cerritos, Simone will guide us through an impressive selection of wines – a Soave from Fattori, a Valpolicella from Corte Figaretto and of course a four star Amarone also from Fattori.
Time: The event starts at 6 pm

In culinary enchantment, California chef Robin Goldstein weaves her magic by melding distinctive spices with locally sourced seasonal ingredients, crafting an unforgettable gastronomic journey for the palate and the plate.
Nurtured by her grandmother’s wisdom and encouragement, Robin’s culinary passion blossomed early. She recognized her destiny as a culinary artist and began a formal culinary education at The Culinary Institute of America. After honing her skills in esteemed restaurants in Washington DC and Los Angeles, Robin discovered her true calling in catering and private chef services, leading her to establish the Market Catering and Event Planning company.
Chef Robin’s exploration of the culinary world has shaped her into a connoisseur of new and intriguing ingredients and cooking styles. Drawing inspiration from her extensive travels and working abroad, she has cultivated a flavorful Mediterranean cooking style. When not immersed in coaching or managing her private chef business, Robin dedicates time to testing and developing new recipes for her four cookbooks and cooking classes.
Today, Private Chef Robin’s business is a testament to her unwavering passion, creativity, and commitment to excellence. Her name is synonymous with exceptional culinary artistry, impeccable service, and a branded product line of infused salts and spices highlighted in her inspiring cookbooks.
Nestled in an oak-shaded enclave in Ojai Valley, California, Robin resides with her daughter, surrounded by the natural beauty of local mountains. Now a homeowner in Cerritos Beach, she continues exploring the remarkable ingredients and flavors that Baja California Sur offers, savoring each delectable bite.
